ACCOMMODATION

 Villa Tiffany  consists of 3 floors, has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and offers luxury accommodation for 10 people. 

• Indoor area: 200 m²
• Total plot area: 350 m²

• Ground  floor : There is a spacious living room with sofas and satellite TV, dining area with table and chairs for 10 people, one comfortable bedroom with a double bed  and a private bathroom. The bedroom has a balcony with sea view.  On the ground floor has also an additional bathroom with a shower. 
  
• 1st  floor: There is a second living room with sofas, a fireplace, LCD satellite TV, as well as a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen, 2nd bedroom with twin beds, a balcony with a sea view and a private bathroom – shower. Living room of the 1st floor has a spacious balcony overlooking the sea.
• 2nd  floor: There is a living room with fireplace, dining area with table and chairs for 8 people, as well fully equipped kitchens are combined in the same room with a balcony, with a beautiful panoramic view of the beach and sea. This floor has a bedroom with a double bed and an enclosed bathroom with a bathtub, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
• On the roof of Villa Tiffany  has a wooden platform for sunbathing, which is a perfect complement to the ideal vacation!

                                           EXTERIOR 

Large glass wall living room lead to the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. On the terrace is 17 m2 pool with heating system water. The area around the pool is equipped with lounge furniture, sun loungers and parasols. Terrace with a swimming pool surrounded by a wall, which gives guests a villa necessary confidentiality. On the terrace next to the house is an outdoor fireplace. Output from the terrace leads to the beautiful pebble beach and the sea.
