ACCOMMODATION

Villa Summertime  consists of 2 floors, has 4 bedrooms and is ideal to accommodate 8 persons.

• Indoor area: 180 m²
• Total plot area: 500 m²

• On the ground floor: There is a spacious living room with sofa with a large smart TV, dining table for 6 people. Living room exit to the glazed terrace which is also like a winter garden where guests can enjoy. Terrace also equipped with dining table and chairs for 8 people. The terrace has direct access to another outdoor stone terrace with pool and garden. In the second part of the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small room which the washing machine. Near the living room there is a guest auxiliary toilet.

  The ground floor and the first floor are connected by internal stairs.

• On the first floor: There is a rest and sleep area consisting of 4 bedrooms. The first is a spacious bedroom is a master bedroom with a king size bed 180*200 and a private bathroom with shower. The second and third rooms have double beds 160 * 200 and a balcony overlooking the terrace with pool and garden. Balcony equipped with table and chairs. The fourth room has a double bed 150 * 200. The three bedrooms share a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi while the master bedroom has a private bathroom.

EXTERIOR

The territory of the villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation which provides complete privacy. In the middle of the garden there is a swimming pool 7 x 3.5 and depth – 1.40 cm. Stone plateau around the pool equipped with comfortable 5 large deck chairs,  three semi-deck chairs and lounge garden furniture. There is also a summer kitchen with a stone barbecue where guests can prepare local delicacies and an outdoor dining area. There is a beautiful gazebo with holiday furniture where guests can enjoy the shade in the middle of a hot summer day. This is a really nice oasis for summer vacation.

• Payment Methods:  Bank Transfer
• Advance Amount: 40%
• Balance Due Date: 30 days before arrival

• Damage deposit  of 300 euros is payable on arrival and returned on departure day.
