Villa Stella is located on the beautiful Dalmatian island of Drvenik Mali just 300 m from the sea.

Drvenik Mali is a small island only 8 nautical miles away from Trogir. Its area is 3.3 square kilometres. The only settlement on the island has about 60 inhabitants. The coast of the island is well indented and the sea around the island is shallow, so it is suitable for fishing. Untouched nature and beautiful beaches, peaceful surroundings are great for a quiet and intimate vacation. There is an ideal place to relax for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend their vacation in a place where time passes slowly surrounded exclusively by beauty, sea and sun.

Villa Stella has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms which is ideal for the accommodation 8+2 people.

Villa Stella consist of: House Stella 1, House Stella 2, House Stella 3 and House Stella 4. The main central house, located in the central area and two small cottages located on the left and right side.

The main central residence House Stella 1 is situated in the central part of the property and it has 2 floors. The ground floor of the main residence consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, beautifully decorated dining area, nicely furnished living room and modern bathroom. The ground floor of the residence is connected with a spiral staircase to the first floor of the house.

House Stella 2 is located on the left side of the main residence and it consists of a luxuriously decorated bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Along the whole length of the outer wall of this room, the sliding glass doors open and lead onto the terrace where the pool is located.

House Stella 3 – is situated on the right side of the main residence and it has a modern bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. As this house overlooks the sea, it offers a magnificent view of the sea and islands in the distance.

House Stella 4 – is situated on entrance of the main garden and it has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

EXTERIOR

In the garden of Villa Stella, there is a large heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) which offers unforgettable moments of rest and refreshment during your stay. The property of the villa is lined with authentic stonewalls, which provide total intimacy, while the terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture for relaxing.
