ACCOMMODATION

Holiday house Villa Pescatore has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra toilet and  consists of three floors. Villa offers exclusive accommodation for 4 +1 people.

• Indoor area: 120 m²
• Total plot area: 180 m²

• On the ground floor: There is a stone cellar, which houses a small tavern. This part has a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs and a sitting area with upholstered furniture.The tavern is fully equipped with all technical facilities: heated floors, stereo system, satellite TV. There is also a small room for storing wine.
  From the beautiful tavern to the first floor you climb baroque stairs.
• The 1st floor: There is a spacious living room with sofas for relaxing. Centuries old walls of the living room are inscribed with Dalmatian ornaments and decorated with paintings by famous artists. In this part is also located a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, and a bathroom with shower.
• The 2nd floor: This is part of the house for the sleeping area. Two lovely bedrooms are air-conditioned. The first bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom is a children room with two single beds + extra sofa bed. The interior of bedrooms is decorated in contemporary style. In modern style, with Baroque elements is decorated the main bathroom with shower. The second bathroom is additional, there is a washing machine and a machine for drying clothes.

EXTERIOR

As the house is built in a traditional Dalmatian style, this house shares a common stone yard with other houses and represents the traditional building style typical of Mediterranean coastal villages. In front of the house there is a beautiful green courtyard with a dining area and furniture for relaxation.

On the beach directly in front of the villa there are sun loungers and a fishing boat for those wishing to try their hand at fishing or just a boat ride, and enjoy all the beauty of the nature.

Here, close to the house, inside a common stone courtyard, there is a small family restaurant with traditional Dalmatian cuisine.
