ACCOMMODATION

Villa Orbis has 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and  offers exclusive villa accommodation for 14+2 people.

• Indoor area: 300 m²
• Total plot area: 12000 m²

• The central part of the villa hosts – a large seating area with sofas and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious dining room with table and chairs for 16 people. The central part of the villa has three beautiful terraces overlooking the sea and the environment, equipped with furniture for relaxation.
• In the right wing of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms and terraces. One bedroom is the “master bedroom” with its private bathroom with shower and a spacious second SPA room, where there is a designer bathroom. Master  bedroom has access to two terraces, equipped with furniture for relaxation.
• In the left wing of the villa are also 4 bedrooms with double beds. Two bedrooms have their bathrooms, while the other two bedrooms share one bathroom and can be integrated into the family apartment.

                                             EXTERIOR

• A lovely garden is surrounding the villa. There are many paths leading either to the sea or to the depths of the garden where you can sit down on a bench and enjoy the smell of flowers and plants. All terraces of the villa also have access to the garden. Large stone terrace with swimming pool a few steps from the villa. In this part is also a summer outdoor dining room, kitchen, wine bar and a fireplace. There are sun loungers and parasols by the pool. It is truly the perfect place to relax with family and friends.

• All rooms are air-conditioned. There is satellite TV in the bedroom and living room, DVD player, internet.
• Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
• In the kitchen – stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and ice maker, freezer, grill, dishwasher, laundry, wine cabinet.
• In the garden – swimming pool, sun loungers around the swimming pool, garden furniture, outdoor kitchen and dining room, fireplace.
• Cot and other baby furniture are available upon request
• The villa has its own parking for cars.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Payment Methods: Bank Transfer
• Advance Amount: 40%
• Balance Due Date: 40 days before arrival
