This beautiful house is located on the island of Ciovo in the village Okrug Gornji. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery house is an oasis for a wonderful holiday, which is only 70 meters from the sea.

Schiavo Island is located in Central Dalmatia, in the vicinity of the famous Croatian towns of Split and the charming village-resort of Trogir. Island Schiavo connected with city of Trogir by a road bridge. In the season from the island to the city of Trogir Ćiavo walks boat – a ferry. Travel time 10 minutes.

Okrug Gornji – a quiet village on the sea, it is an ideal holiday destination for many tourists because of the beautiful nature and pebble beaches. And the proximity of Trogir with vegetable and fish market, numerous souvenir shops, a stunning waterfront makes it more attractive for quality recreation.

Near the villa there is the beach “Copacabana” with the smallest pebbles, comfortable entering the sea, sun beds and parasols; on the beach lots of bars, restaurants, stalls with bathing facilities.

ACCOMMODATION

Holiday home Villa OAZIS renovated in 2007 and consists of 3 floors, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and offers accommodation for 7 people.

Total plot area: 500 m²

The living area is 150 m2. Inside the house, all floors are connected by a spiral staircase. From the bedroom 1st floor has a terrace and garden.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom, with access to the terrace to the garden, a second bedroom with a single bed + extra roll away bed. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom with a shower.
The spiral internal staircase leads to 2nd floor and 3rd floor.
On the 2nd floor – fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, living room with access to the terrace.
On the 3rd floor there are 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and its terrace overlooking the sea, a second bedroom with a single bed. On the 3rd floor there is a bathroom with a shower.

EXTERIOR

The area around the villa area is 500 m2. Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many Mediterranean plants, which gives the feeling of a closed space and green oasis. On one of the terraces of the villa is a fireplace, grill and a large table with chairs. All villas have a terrace outdoor furniture, sun loungers and night lighting. Gate with remote control and electric awning on the terraces.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning. There MAX TV, DVD, Internet.
In the kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, cooker hood, microwave, oven, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, dishwasher.
In the house: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Baby cot and high chair available on request.
In the garden: old furniture on the terrace, deck chairs, fireplace, grill, 2 bicycles.
