ACCOMMODATION

Luxury Villa Island Castle consists of 3 floors and has 4 bedrooms,  3 bathrooms . Villa offers luxury accommodation for 8 people.
The interior is decorated with modern design furnishings and complemented by antique furnishings from a bygone age.

• Indoor area: 430 m²
• Total plot area: 1600 m²

• The ground floor has a separate entrance. There is the gym, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed with exit to the terrace and garden.
• On the 1st floor  the main entrance to the residence is located on the north side of the building. Here is a modern kitchen and spacious dining room with exit to the south oriented large terrace equipped with comfortable furniture to relax, with stunning view of the sea. There is also a living room with exit to the east oriented, side terrace, furnishing recreation and exit to the garden.

       1st and ground floor are connected by an internal staircase.

• On the 2nd floor: three bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom equipped with king-size bed and bathroom-shower. Master bedroom has a balcony, from where there is a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and rocky beach. Second bedroom has a double bed and access to the north oriented terrace equipped with furniture for relaxation, and has a view of the natural environment of the island’s territory. Third bedroom has a double bed, it focuses on the south side overlooking the sea and the beach. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.

EXTERIOR

Residence has a lovely swimming pool which is located on the underside of the platform next to the villa and close to the sea. The area around the swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, there is also an outdoor shower. Directly next to the villa, 20 meters away, you will find a small, cozy, rocky beach, which is open for use for the guests of the Villa Island Castle.

• All rooms are air-conditioned. There is satellite TV, DVD – player, internet access Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer.
