Villa Diva has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and offers comfortable accommodation for 7 people.

This residence, built in cascades, consists of 3 floors. It is surrounded by several terraces and a garden, it offers guests an exclusive stay and complete privacy. All the rooms of the villa overlook pine and cypress park and bay of Lapad. The main entrance of the residence goes through the gate with a little bettered road. Just a few steps and you are on the stone terrace in front of the main entrance to the house. On the terrace there is comfortable wicker furniture for relaxing, summer dining area with table and chairs for 8 people and an area with barbecue.

• On the 1st floor in the right wing, is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a beautiful , extravagant dining table and set of chairs upholstered in crocodile skin. Next to the dining room are the dressing room and a laundry room. The living room is located in the left wing of the 1st floor , it’s equipped with lounge furniture upholstered in leather and LCD satellite TV.

 1st,2nd and 3rd floors of the villa are interconnected by the unique internal staircase made of Italian marble, which further emphasizes the sophistication and elegance of the interior of this beautiful residence .

•  On the 2nd floor in its right wing, are two bedrooms .

– The first large double bedroom overlooks the sea and the park. Near is a small bedroom with a double sofa bed that can be used as a child’s room or guest bedroom. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, it has a shower. Foyer of the second floor has a balcony overlooking the sea. There is wicker furniture on the balcony for relaxation.

– In the left wing of the 2nd floor is luxurious bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi. This bedroom has two balconies : the main one with a sea view and the one on the side with view of the park.

•  On the 3rd floor, in its right wing, is the master bedroom with luxury bed and interior style – FENDI. It has view of the sea and its own private bathroom with shower and designer bath and next to it – a dressing room.

– In the left wing of the 3rd floor is a second living room, equipped with a soft, leather furniture, LCD satellite TV, stereo system and DVD. The living room has a small kitchen with a refrigerator for wine and bar accessories . The small kitchen is more intended for guests vacationing near the pool because living room has direct access to the main terrace with swimming pool.

EXTERIOR

Particular attention in the exterior of the villa attracts the top terrace with a swimming pool , this is a perfect place to relax or arrange different parties and meetings . The terrace with swimming pool is surrounded with a garden on 3 sides . Lovely pool covers the area of 30 m2 , is 180 cm deep, and is equipped with a counter- hydro massage system and waterfalls. The pool is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing and other outdoor furniture to relax. You can climb to the terrace via an external staircase that leads to the lower terrace that is on the right side of the building.

• Villa Diva is equipped with solar and electric energy , it’s fully air conditioned. The villa is equipped with all kinds of modern technology necessary for a comfortable stay and quality – LCD satellite TV , DVD- player, wireless Internet and Hi-fi audio system .
• In the kitchen: cooker with induction hob, oven, extractor, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, juicer, blender , toaster.
• In the house: safe, washing machine and drying machine, iron and ironing board , hair dryer. Cot and highchair available on request.
