This lovely Dalmatian villa is located 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach of Zlatni Rat. The villa is located near the vineyards. Here you will truly feel the pleasant atmosphere and traditional charm of a Croatian home.

The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area is the central part of the house with access to a lovely terrace with a swimming pool and barbecue area. This is an ideal place to relax and have a leisurely conversation with friends or family. On the other side of the villa there are three double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms can accommodate an extra bed or baby cot.

EXTERIOR

The courtyard of the villa is quite spacious. The courtyard is full of Mediterranean plants, flowers, olive trees and vines. The evening lighting around the villa is very charming. The exceptional beauty of this property is complemented by a large romantically lit pool (size approx. 45m2) with a waterfall. The pool surrounded by a sun deck with deck chairs, which will reveal to you all the delights of enjoying the joys of summer. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the pine forest.
