Holiday Villa Luce  consists of 2 floors, has 5 bedrooms and is ideal to accommodate 10 persons.

• On the ground floor: There is an air-conditioned area where there is a kitchen with a bar and a dining table. Modernist equipped living room with sofas that can be used as an extra bed each for one person. The space is glazed, so it exudes freshness and natural light. On the ground floor there is also one comfortable room with an en suite bathroom with a shower.
• On the first floor of the holiday home there are the remaining 4 rooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms and showers. Each room has its own balcony with a view of the pool and the greenery that surrounds the villa.

EXTERIOR

Enjoy the privacy provided by the fantastic location of the villa. The yard of the villa is 2000 m2 with a modern swimming pool of 68 m2. The overflowing pool is surrounded by deckchairs for enjoying the sun. There is also an outdoor barbecue. If you are looking for recreation, there is also a private badminton court with equipment that can also be used for playing volleyball. The offer of the villa also includes 4 private parking spaces.
