ACCOMMODATION

Villa Zlata consists of 3 floors and an attic, has 5 bedrooms and is ideal to accommodate 10 + 2 persons.

• Indoor area: 200 m²
• Total plot area: 500 m²

On the basement level:  There are two studio apartments. Each of  the studio-apartments are for 2 people. 

Studio 1:  double bed, kitchen, spacious bathroom with bath,  shared terrace with table and chairs overlooking the park.

Facilities: fridge-freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, satellite TV, air conditioning, internet.

Studio 2: double bed, kitchen, spacious bathroom with bath,  shared terrace with table and chairs overlooking the park.

Facilities: fridge-freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning, internet.

The main part of the villa is apartment (160 m2 area)  for 6 + 2 persons  and has 3 levels: ground floor, 1st floor and attic.

• On the ground floor: There is living room with a large balcony with furniture for relaxing and dining and with overlooking the park and sea. There are fully equipped kitchen and dining  area with large table for 10 people. The toilet has washing machine and  located close to the kitchen.

• On the 1st floor: There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds 90 * 200, a  sofa-bed  for 2 persons and own bathroom with tub. This bedroom has overlooking the pool. The second room is a  Master bedroom and has king-size bed 180 *200, a large balcony overlooking the park and the sea, equipped with furniture for relaxation and has  a bathroom with shower.

• In the attic: There is a bedroom with double bed 140*200. This bedroom has a small  balcony with overlooking of terrace with swimming pool, own bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

EXTERIOR

Main  attraction of the stone terrace  is a 20m2 pool in front of the house. The pool has an area with a Jacuzzi area , a geyser and evening pool lights shimmer. Plateau around the pool is equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs 5 pc. There is a  lovely fire place behind the house, where guests can prepare their Adriatic sea delicacies on the grill.

• All the rooms of the villa are air conditioned. Villa has a satellite TV, DVD – player,  wireless internet
• In the kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Payment Methods:  Bank Transfer
• Advance Amount: 40%
• Balance Due Date: 30 days before arrival

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Damage deposit  of 500 euros is payable on arrival and returned on departure day.
• Pool heating in period 15.04 – 15.06 and 15.09 – 31.10
• Pets are not allow
