Charming Villa Mlini with swimming pool enjoys an excellent location in the bay of the small town of Mlini, which is 10 km from the center of Southern Dalmatia, Dubrovnik.

In the beautiful suburbs of Dubrovnik located one of the most beautiful settlements Mlini. Mlini is located in a small bay where there are pebble beaches, flower gardens and promenades, hotels, villas and summer houses.

Mlini is an old historical settlement called Molina where there are many springs of underground fast rivers that spring in various places like small waterfalls. Mlini were the center of the mill trade, and in ancient times they were often mentioned because clean water was taken from here to Dubrovnik before the construction of the waterworks, especially in the summer months when there was a drought. In the XIV. century, two ships regularly transported drinking water from Mlini to Dubrovnik. Thanks to the abundant springs on which the mills were built, the place itself got its name.

Villa Mlini is located just 100 meters from the sea and beaches and offers comfortable accommodation for group of friends of big family. This is a really wonderfully quiet place where your soul and body will recharge your batteries with positive energy.

On the basement level: There are two studio apartments. Each of the studio-apartments are for 2 +1 people. The studios are connected to the rest of the villa by internal and external stairs. On this floor there is a small laundry room with 2 washing machines.

Studio 1: double bed 160 * 200, small kitchen, bathroom with shower, shared terrace in the shade of kiwi trees. Terrace equipped with table and chairs.

The main part of the villa is apartment (120 m2 area) for 8 persons and has 2 levels: ground floor and 1st floor .
On the ground floor: There is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Exit the living room to a large terrace surrounded by vines and kiwi trees. The terrace on hot summer days provides a real break in the shade of the vegetation. The terrace is equipped with a large dining table and chairs for 10 people and has a view of the park and the sea. On the eastern part of the large terrace there is a beautiful swimming pool. On this floor there is one bedroom with a double bed 160 * 200 and a private bathroom with shower. The room has direct access to the terrace with pool.
On the 1 st floor: There are 3 bedrooms. The first room has two beds 90 * 200, a private bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the park and the sea. EXTERIOR

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with Mediterranean twins such as oranges, oranges, kiwis, vines and figs. There are fragrant flowers and shrubs of lavender and rosemary. Stone terrace with swimming pool 20 m2 equipment by sun loungers (8 pieces)

. There is also an outdoor shower. In the evening there is pleasant lighting for the garden and pool which provides a great atmosphere for relaxation.

All the bedrooms of the villa are air conditioned. Villa has a satellite TV, wireless internet, central heating system.
In the kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery.
