ACCOMMODATION

Villa Zaton Atrii built in 2008. The villa is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style and very well equipped. The villa is enclosed by a stone wall, so guests have complete privacy of the villa.

Villa Zaton Atrii has 9 bedrooms / suites and 9 bathrooms and offers comfortable accommodation for 18 – 22 people.

• On the 1st floor of the villa
  – on the right side is located a small apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment has a bedroom a double bed, the large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, the living room with sofa bed . The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning (in the living room).
  – on the left side of the 1st floor you have two premises. In the first located the gym 40 m2 with a billiard table. In the second room is a bedroom with a double bed and sofa and spacious bathroom with shower is there. The premises are air-conditioned.

• On the 2nd floor of the villa is the main entrance to the house. There is located large traditional terrace «Glorijet» with a dining table and chairs for 9 persons. Here is the big living room, fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one bathroom with bath, another bath with massage shower). The living room has a covered terrace. Here is a dining room with tables and chairs for 8 persons. Dining room has a view of the lower terrace with swimming pool.

• On the 3rd floor  are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds and sofas, which could be use for 2 persons. These bedrooms share a private terrace with furniture to relax and beautiful view of the sea and the environment. Third bedroom with two twin beds and overlooking the courtyard. All bedrooms have bathroom with a shower, an air conditioning, a TV and a small kitchenette.

• On the 4th floor  are two spacious suite bedrooms with double bed, extra sofa bed and kitchenette.  Each bedroom has own bathroom with shower. Bedrooms are equipped with air-condition and TV.

EXTERIOR

The Villa Atrii has a swimming pool   5m x 3.5m and a large stone terrace with loungers for relaxation. Mediterranean vegetation grows in the courtyard of the villa. In the backyard there is a barbecue, summer kitchen, large covered terrace with outdoor dining table for 16 people.

• The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms of the 1st floor of additional fans. There is wireless Internet , SAT / TV, home cinema, CD and DVD in every room.
• There are washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer in each room.
• In the main kitchen:  stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, juicer, coffee machine, dishwasher and all the necessary and cutlery.
• Mini – kitchen in each apartment: stove, refrigerator, toaster
• Cot and high chair available on request

  • Advance Amount: 40%
  • Balance Due Date: 40 days before arrival
