ACCOMMODATION

This villa was built in 2016 in a modern and minimalist style, with lots of terraces and open spaces facing the sun. As an integral part of the landscape, this villa fits perfectly into the natural environment. Villa Sunshine Garden has a ground floor and 1 floor and covers an area of 220 square meters. The property has 4 master suite bedrooms. The villa offers luxurious accommodation for 8 people but has 3 extra beds so it can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

•  Ground floor: There is a living room, which is a space where friends or family gather on vacation. It is a place where people can relax, talk and enjoy each other’s company. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room give the living room a lot of light and visually increase the space. The living room is divided into three parts. There is a section with a set for relaxing with a view of the pool, an exercise area, a section with a dining table overlooking the garden and a modern kitchen.
• On the 1st floor: There are 4 bedrooms. Two rooms with double beds and private bathrooms with bathtub and shower. The third bedroom with a double bed has a private bathroom with a shower, while the fourth rear room has a separate bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Some rooms have a pull-out sofa that can be used as an extra bed if needed. All bedrooms have LCD TVs and balconies where you can enjoy the view of the villa’s sunny garden and part of the seascape together.

EXTERIOR

The property is approached from the road where there is a parking lot in front of the villa. It is only a few steps from the parking lot to the main entrance to the villa. The entire property has beautiful evening lights around the house and pool and of course in the garden. On the main terrace there is a beautiful swimming pool ( 5 m x 10 m) with a heating system. There is also a table for outdoor dining. All terraces and balconies of the villa have a view of the natural landscape. The villa blends in with the natural surroundings and has a view of the horizon. Here you are guaranteed unique sunsets that you will enjoy every evening!
