ACCOMMODATION

Villa Solis has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and offers luxury accommodation for 8 +2 people.

• Indoor area: 350 m²
• Total plot area: 2000 m²

The villa consists of 3 floors: ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor.

• On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and comfortable furniture. There is bathroom for guests. From the living room you can get out to the terrace that leads to the beautiful swimming pool. Platform around the pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a bar, a Jacuzzi for 4 places and two showers.
• The 1st floor has its own entrance. There are two bedrooms, a living room equipped with soft furniture ( extra beds for 2 persons) , modern, fully equipped kitchen combined with the dining room, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first bedroom has a double bed. Second bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms and the living room open onto a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. From the dining room you can exit to a large terrace. Traditional Dalmatian summer terrace “Glorijet” is equipped with dining table and 6 chairs and with 2 deck chairs for relaxing. The terrace offers a charming view of the sea.
• The 2nd floor  with a separate entrance, where there are two double bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms  and a luxury addition is a sauna so guests can enjoy spa treatments. First bathroom is spacious with a Jacuzzi, a second bathroom with shower. The first bedroom is the master bedroom of 40 m2, second bedroom of 20m2. The bedrooms have exit on the terrace with overlooking the sea, the town of Cavtat in the distance. The terrace is equipped  with a table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and parasols.

EXTERIOR

The total area of the estate is 2000 m2. Around the villa there is a garden with fragrant Mediterranean herbs . The villa is surrounded with several terraces with great views of the sea and the environment. There is a path leading from the villa to the beach coves. In front of the villa is a green area with no facilities, that stretches to the sea. A beautiful pool area in 60 m2 has a massage waterfall, and place with a jacuzzi. From the property opens amazing counterfeit the sea and islands.

• In the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, stove and oven. There are all necessary crockery and cutlery .

• Balance Due Date: 40 days before arrival
