Villa Silentium offers exclusive luxury accommodation for 14  people. There are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

• Total plot area: 800 m²

In the sou-terrain of the villa: There are laundry, kitchenette, wine cellar, boiler room. On this level one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a separate closet have found their place. This bedroom offers exceptional privacy and great comfort.

On the ground floor: There are two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The other
bedroom has two separate single beds, an en suite bathroom with a shower and a beautiful terrace. Apart from the bedrooms, there are also a spacious living room (57m²) with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. All these rooms are separated from the courtyard and pool by large glass sliding doors. At this level, there is also a garage. 

On the 1st floor:  There are four modern bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms.

EXTERIOR

The courtyard of the Villa Silentium situated on the ground floor level. The most attractive parts of the whole estate are certainly an outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace, equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture (outdoor dining area). Outside, there is also a private garden with herbs, pine trees, olive trees, and lemon. The fireplace is also placed there as an indispensable part of every Dalmatian home, where you can prepare various specialties.
