ACCOMMODATION

Villa Rose of Dubrovnik  consists of two floors.

Villa Rose of Dubrovnik has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and it is ideal for a comfortable accommodation of 10 people.

• Indoor area: 280 m²
• Total plot area: 20.000 m²

• The first floor– a beautiful spacious living room with comfortable furniture and a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There is also a spacious master bedroom suite with bathroom – shower.
• On the second floor there are  four spacious bedroom suites (one of which is the main bedroom), each bedroom with private bathroom. On this floor there is a covered veranda – a winter garden. On the porch is a separate dining room with large kitchen.

EXTERIOR

The villa is surrounded by a fence. The entrance to the house leads through the gate to a spacious yard. There is a beautiful garden lushes with Mediterranean vegetation. In the garden there are lounge chairs, table with chairs, and a barbecue area – a necessary addition to this Dalmatian home, where you can cook different dishes over an open fire. In the yard of the residence located a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a wooden platform on which are sunbeds and umbrellas.

FACILITIES

• Each room of the villa has air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet, Hi-Fi, DVD-player. There are hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
• The villa has professionally equipped kitchen with a stove and an oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker hood, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, electric kettle.
• In the garden: area with barbecue, garden furniture, swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
• Villa has  parking spaces.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Payment Methods: Bank Transfer
• Advance Amount: 40%
• Balance Due Date: 40 days before arrival

IMPORTANT

• Deposit of 500 euros for the damage (this amount will be paid on arrival and returned upon departure)
• Tourist tax is not included and must be paid on arrival (about 1 euro per person per day)
• Pets allowed on request
