ACCOMMODATION

Beach house Villa Romance is a nicely decorated, dalmatian house and consisting of three floors. Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms  and offers accommodation for 6 to 8 people.

• Indoor area: 240 m²
• The basement of the house connected by a charming wooden staircase to the next floor of the villa. The basement area has windows that offer a unique view of the blue horizon in the distance and consists of a spacious living room, ideal for retreating from the summer heat. This is space can be used as an additional bedroom for 3 people.

• Ground floor of villa consists of a spacious living room, which is ideal for relaxation and comfort of the during the summer heat. The high ground  floor has large windows that offer beautiful view of the sea. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room.  On this floor is also a guest toilet and a modern bathroom with a jacuzzi. The exit from the dining room leads into a beautiful garden rich with lush Mediterranean vegetation, where is a terrace equipped with dining furniture. The garden offers a unique view of the sea and the beach.
• On the 1st floor. There are two double bedrooms equipped with king size beds and private bathrooms. The rooms have large windows that offer a unique view of the sea.

EXTERIOR

Beach house Villa Romance has a beautiful garden, which is planted with Mediterranean plants and has a direct access to the beach. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool with fresh water! The garden has garden furniture and barbecues where  guests can enjoy to prepare the  Dalmatian food on an open fire.

• There is a safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

• Payment Methods: Bank Transfer
• Advance Amount: 40%
• Balance Due Date: 40 days before arrival

 IMPORTANT 

•   The deposit for any damages of 300 euros (paid on arrival, returned on the departure day).
• Pets are not allowed in the house.
