Villa Park is located in Dubrovnik, 900 meters away from the city center, 80 meters from the sea and pebble beach. Villa is next to the path that leads to the Benedictine monastery and church of St. Jakov.To the nearest pebble beach “St. Jacob ” there is just a 7-minute walk, along the coast, to the east. The most famous sandy beach “Bane” is a 10 minute walk away from the villa in direction of the city walls. The villa is fenced, giving guests complete privacy.

Around the villa there is a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation. In front of the entrance of the house there is a covered terrace with table and chairs. On the right side of the house there is a terrace with sun loungers and a barbecue where guests can prepare the Dalmatian gifts of nature in the open fire.

On the 1st floor: living room with a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for 1 person. In the living room there are SAT TV LCD, DVD, and internet Wi-Fi. Here is also located a bright dining area, modern kitchen, and an extra toilet.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and a wonderful view of the park, and the second bedroom with one single bed size 1,40 m x 2,00 m. On the 2nd floor there is also a shared bathroom with a tub.
On the 3rd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second a single size bed 1,40 m x 2,00 m big, and a bathroom with a shower. The interior of the villa inspires a warm atmosphere entwined with Mediterranean nature, giving you the opportunity to enjoy an unusual symbiosis seemingly unlikable elements – modern and traditional ones.
