Luxury Villa Maestral has 5 bedrooms + 2 extra beds, 4 bathrooms and one guest toilet and accommodates 10 + 2 people. 

In the basement of Villa Maestral is a garage with 2 indoor parking spaces. The villa also has 3 outdoor parking spaces.

• Total plot area: 600 m²

• On the  ground floor: There is a bedroom with a double bed and a private balcony, as well as another bedroom with two single beds. These two rooms share a large bathroom equipped with a shower and in-floor heating.
• On the  first floor:  There is  living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a sofa, satellite TV, and guest toilet. There is bedroom with a king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom with in-floor heating and a shower.There is  terrace with  panoramic view of the vast sea,  large swimming pool of 35 m2, which is maintained by a hydrolysis system. The terrece is equipped with dining furniture, a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen.
• On the second floor:  There ismaster bedroom with a private en suite bathroom, equipped with in-floor heating, a bath and shower. The master bedroom has its own private terrace with outdoor furniture for relaxing. On this floor, you will find the fifth spacious bedroom with a private bathroom.

Luxury Villa Maestral has a swimming pool of 35 m2 that is maintained by a special hydrolysis system that purifies the pool water without chlorine and other chemical additives. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower with hot water. This sun-drenched terrace will offer you the most unforgettable moments of your vacation.

• Refundable deposit of 500 € is payable the day of arrival, returned on departure day.
