Villa Larus has two floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and offers comfortable accommodation for 8 + 2 persons.

• On the lower floor: There are two bedrooms with double beds and a spacious living room with furniture for relaxing and television. The living room has an exit to the terrace, which has a wonderful view of the sea and the islands.

– a large living room with a pool table in which there are two couches, one of which folds out into a 160*200cm bed. In that room there is also a TV and a fridge for drinks.

• Upstairs: There is a large living room, open plan dining room with adjoining terrace overlooking the sea, fully equipped kitchen. There are also two double bedrooms facing the sea and with access to the terrace.

                                             EXTERIOR

The panoramic view of the balcony and terrace of Villa Larus will leave you breathless. This is a wonderful place to enjoy with a glass of wine or morning coffee. Beautiful sunsets are guaranteed!

Villa Larus has a large summer kitchen with a large stone table and barbecue.Next to the main entrance door of the villa is a wine cellar, built in a charming dalmatian manner. The guests will be able to buy and enjoy some premium local wines during their stay.

The private pool is equipped with sun loungers and a shower and is the perfect place to relax. Just a few steps down there is a private beach, where you can swim in the clear Adriatic Sea and enjoy the sun and summer breeze.

The villa has three private parking places, and a small open elevator which can be of great help for those less mobile or for carrying luggage and groceries from the parking place down to the villa.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

• Grocery shopping service – 20% of the total grocery bill
