Access to the residence territory from the main road goes through the garage where the elevator is located. The garage has space for 4 cars.
- On the 1st level above the garage: There are two independent accommodation units – one apartment with a double bedroom, a spacious living-dining area with an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and one bedroom with bathtub. Both spaces share a large stone terrace overlooking the street. This area is simply ideal for support staff or group members who want to have a little more privacy.
- On the 2nd level: There is a decorated meeting room in front of you. It is equipped with a screen and a projector, which is convenient if you do business during your vacation.
On the 3rd level: There is a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool (7,30 m x 3,65 m, dep. 1,4 m) equipped with beautiful deck chairs and parasols and Mediterranean garden. There is also a bowling alley located on the same level.
- In the left wing of the residence you will find a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue. Above this kitchen, on the first floor, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom.
