ACCOMMODATION

Villa Fortezza consists of three floors, has 5 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms and is ideal for accommodation of 9 people.

• Indoor area: 300 m²
• Total plot area: 700 m²

• On the ground floor: a small reception room with fireplace and leisure suite, tastefully decorated living room and dining room with table and chairs for 8 people combined. From the dining room there is access to the main terrac. Wicker furniture, items made of dark wood, wrought iron, stone houses, give the interior extravaganza  and monumentality. On the left, in the rear of the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen the is access out to the backyard of the villa where is a barbecue. In this part of the house is a little room with washing machine and dryer, as well as an additional guest toilet.

       Ground floor, first floor and attic are connected internal staircase.

• On the first floor there are 2 master – bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Home Master – Bedroom with a bed of 180 x 200, with a bathroom that has a hot tub. The bedroom balcony is overlooking the sea and the environment. The second bedroom has a bed 180×200, a bathroom   with a shower. Second Bedroom also has access to shared balcony (sea view).The classic style of the interior of the first floor bedrooms emphasize dark wood furniture and white linens.
• In the attic : There is one single  bedroom  and two double rooms  whit a beds (160×200) and with a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a terrace. All bedrooms are decorated in pastel shades, which gives the interior a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.

EXTERIOR

Access to the villa leads through the luxurious, beautiful wrought-iron gates to the stone yard of the residence. Villa is surrounded by terraces and gardens. In the garden grow olive and citrus trees. On the left side of the building is an outdoor terrace with dining suite, where you can leisurely enjoy breakfast under sweet sunshine.

There is a small terrace with wicker chairs and a protective canopy from the sun directly in front of the house.
With the conduction of the residence is the main terrace, covered with canopies. It has garden suite and a lovely swimming pool 24 m2, where you can swim at any time, enjoying the cool water and spa break in the shadow of palm trees growing along the basin. Near the pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas and there is a summer shower.

Next to the Villa Fortezza is a footpath running along the sea to the famous Copacabana and Cava beaches (300 m). On  beaches have a cafes and a restaurants. There you can rent chairs and umbrellas, water scooter and jet skis, have fun tubing, water skiing, parachute jumping or surfing.

If you want to just lie on the beach and swim in the crystal clear sea, directly next to the villa, 20 meters, you will find a small, cozy, pebbly beach.
