ACCOMMODATION

Villa Fabella has two floors. The villa has 2 bedrooms, number of beds 2 + 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and it is ideal for a comfortable accommodation of 4 people.

• Indoor area: 120 m²
• Total plot area: 1500 m²
  • On the 1st floor there is the living room and dining room with modern kitchen, as well as the bathroom – shower. The living room has beautiful French doors which bathe the room in sunshine and fresh sea air, allowing you to feel the unique feeling of oneness with nature.The living room sofa can serve as an extra bed for 1 person.
  • The 2nd floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a terrace equipped with furniture for relaxation and great view of the sea, the mysterious island of Lokrum, sandy beach of St. Jacob and the city walls of Dubrovnik. The second floor has a bathroom with a shower.

EXTERIOR

On the spacious terrace, adjacent to the lower floor, there is a beautiful  swimming pool  (3,4 m x 6 m)  with a system of active swimming, where you can enjoy the sea view. By the pool there are sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a table and chairs. If you are looking for a place that will ensure you relaxation, peace and a genuine atmosphere of the Mediterranean – Villa Fabella is the best place for you!

• Advance Amount: 40%
• Balance Due Date: 40 days before arrival
