ACCOMMODATION

The villa consists of 3 floors.  Villa has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 8 people.

• Indoor area: 500 m²
• Total plot area: 800 m²

• On the ground  floor:  There are two suites with double beds and private bathrooms with showers. Bedrooms have exit to the main terrace with a swimming pool. There are also a gym, a sauna and a shower there.
• On the 1st floor: A spacious living room is separated by a glass wall from the terrace. The living room is furnished with sofas and a home cinema. There is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with dining table for 8 people, a large wine cabinet with a selection of Dalmatian wines. Lovely terrace of the 1st floor is has comfortable garden furniture for relaxing and enjoying the great views of the sea.
• On the 2nd floor: There are two suites, each with has a double bed, a private bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.

EXTERIOR

On the main terrace there is a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the bay. There are sun lounges, parasols, other garden furniture and an outdoor shower on the platform around the pool. In front of the villa there is a private mooring for a boat or a yacht, as well as a small beach for guests of the villa with a shower.

• Advance Amount: 40%
• Balance Due Date: 40 days before arrival

• Deposit for damage is €500 payable upon arrival and returned upon departure.
