The style is contemporary and minimalist, with plenty of terrace space and living areas. This Villa spreads over 2 floors, 390 square meters and features 5 master suite type bedrooms. Villa offers luxury accommodation for 10 people.

•  Ground floor: There are several places to relax: bar, Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi, bathroom and in just a few steps a terrace with a heated pool  The area around the pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols.
• On the 1st floor: Here is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table and table for 10 people and a living room overlooking the sea and islands. The terrace of the first floor has a grill and equipped with a table and chairs. 
• On the 2nd floor: There are sleeping areas on this floor. Each of the rooms is comfortable, luxuriously decorated and equipped with satellite TV, king size bed and bathroom with shower. Rooms have large glass walls that provide panoramic views of the sea and islands.

EXTERIOR

The property is approached from the upper road where there is a parking lot from the villa. From the parking lot there are only a few steps to the main entrance door from the Villa. The whole property has a nice evening light. All terraces of the villa have a view of the sea and the natural environment. There you are guaranteed unique sunsets that you will enjoy every night.
