ACCOMMODATION

Villa Blue Sky has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet and can accommodate 8 guests.

 The villa extends to 530 m2, of which 150 m2 belongs to the residential part, and extends to two floors: ground floor and first floor (there is also the roof terrace).

From the garden, through the large glass door, you enter the living room, decorated in modern style with shades of neutral colors. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a large LCD TV. From the living room you go further to the kitchen and dining room. The fully equipped modern kitchen and dining table for 8 people also have access to the villa’s garden. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with a king size bed, sea view and an en suite bathroom with shower and one guest toilet.

Stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor where three bedrooms are located. All bedrooms have king size beds and sea view; one has a suite bathroom with a shower while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The roof terrace connected with stairs with the first floor has jacuzzi of 4m2, sauna and sundeck chairs.

Guests are able to relax on this beautiful terrace while watching the sun set into the Adriatic Sea.

EXTERIOR

Villa Blue Sky is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool which also has a jacuzzi, sun loungers, shower and a comfortable seating area. The villa’s position provides complete privacy so that   guests can enjoy hot summer days with family or friends in a private atmosphere. In the garden there is also a dining area with an outdoor summer kitchen for preparing many delicious meals and an outdoor dining table for   8 people.
