Villa Blue Pearl has 5 bedrooms with 9 beds, 4 bathrooms and offers comfortable accommodation for 7+3 people.

The property consists of two buildings. There is a main villa with two floors and a small summer house

• Indoor area: 150 m² 
• Summer house area: 30 m2
• Total plot area: 1000 m²

• On the ground floor:  There is living room for relaxing and socializing connected to the outdoor terrace and garden. There is a beautiful view of the sea and islands and you will really enjoy the unforgettable sunsets. Ground floor of the villa and terrace equipped with furniture for relaxation and dining. The indoor dining area is connected to a small kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition, the ground floor has one bathroom with a tub and shower.
• 2 nd floor: There are four bedrooms on the 2nd floor of Villa. Three bedrooms, decorated in a marine style with white furniture and TV, have double beds. The master bedroom has a balcony with a panoramic view and a bathroom with a shower. The fourth, and the last bedroom equipped with a single bed and a garden view. On the same floor, there is also another bathroom with a shower.
• The property of the villa also has a new Summer House (30m2). The Summer House has one bedroom with queen bed, sofa and en suite bathroom with shower. It is suitable accommodation for 2 +1 people.

                                             EXTERIOR

The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and the location of the villa undoubtedly gives an incredible luxury of vacation. Beautiful terrace on the ground floor of the residence equipped with infinity pool and has furniture for relaxation and enjoyment. There is also a fireplace, an essential element of every Dalmatian house. You need to go down the stairs to the rock beach. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and has stairs to the sea.

• Refundable deposit of 500 € is payable the day of arrival, returned on departure day.
