The Beach House Villa Zadar with a heated pool with a living area of ​​217 m2 spreads over three floors; ground floor, first floor and second floor.

The villa also has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is suitable for 8 people.

As you enter this interesting villa, the path leads straight to the terrace with swimming pool.  the central place is occupied by a swimming pool surrounded by a stone wall for privacy. Next to the pool is a solar outdoor shower. Also on the terrace is a movable barbecue and a table ideal for socializing.

• There is a living room on the ground floor. Through the glass door from the terrace we enter the living room with comfortable sofas and a modern LCD TV. There is a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a shared bathroom on this floor.
• On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. One of the rooms has a bathroom with a shower. The other bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower, and one of them has access to the outside loggia with a beautiful view.
• On the second, top floor is a double room with access to a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the Adriatic islands. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

EXTERIOR

The central place is occupied by a swimming pool 3 x 5 m surrounded by a stone wall for privacy. Next to the pool is a solar outdoor shower. Also on the terrace is a movable barbecue and a table ideal for socializing.  In the yard there is a swimming pool measuring, outdoor grill, deck chairs, parasol. Terrace overlooking the sea and islands in the distance.
