The Villa Allure is located near the sea in the bay Duboka on the beautiful island of Brac. Villa Allure of modern type of construction has elegant lines and provides you with luxurious accommodation. The villa is only 60 meters away and 2 km from the center of the small island town of Milna. Milna is located in the western part of the island of Brac. This beautiful port of Milna was founded on Brac in the 16th century by wealthy shipowners whose sailboats sailed the entire Mediterranean.
Unlike all other Adriatic islands, which often look like stone axes sunk into the open sea, Brac has its own interior, rich flora and fauna and a more pronounced experience of the seasons. The whole island should be declared a unique cultural, historical and natural park. The island of Brac is famous for its olive oil, fish, lamb and the famous Brac stone. This island is an ideal choice for a divine vacation.

ACCOMMODATION

The Villa Allure is spread over 2 floors: ground floor and first floor connected by marble stairs.

Indoor area: 200 m²
Total plot area: 350 m²

On the ground floor of the villa: There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and an LCD TV with satellite channels. There is also a single room, a sofa bed that can be pulled out and used as a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with a shower.
First floor: There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms with shower. The rooms have a beautiful sea view.

EXTERIOR

The whole property is surrounded by stone walls that provide privacy and give the atmosphere of a Mediterranean ambiance. In a separate part of the property there is a large heated pool (40m2 – 10m * 4m). Around the pool there are deck chairs and sets for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The outdoor dining set offers the opportunity to enjoy tasting Dalmatian specialties on the outdoor grill. After dinner, relax with a table tennis party which is also available to guests of Villa Allure.
