ACCOMMODATION

Luxury Villa Pegasus has 5 floors: basement, ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor. Villa 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and offers exclusive accommodation for 14 people.

• Indoor area: 500 m²

All floors (except parking) are connected by vertical transport (elevator) so that guests will be easier to move through the villa.

• In the basement: There is a SPA area for rest and relaxation. The indoor pool has an area of ​​19 m2 which is heated and there is also a Jazzy from which the view extends over the indoor pool to the outdoor infinity pool, and further to the sea and the horizon in the distance. Otherwise, the outdoor pool of 14 m2 is an infinity / overflow pool in which there will be a bench with a view of the Old Town, the sea and the island of Lokrum. The large outdoor terrace area equipped with sun loungers has a lounge sofa as well as a canopy for lounging. The terrace also has an outdoor shower. On this floor there is also a beneficial infra-red sauna with music speakers and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
• On the ground floor: There is a kitchen and utility room, a small toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a large American refrigerator with ice maker and cold water, oven and microwave and all appliances. Rich wine shop with a large selection of Croatian wines that guests will be able to consume at an additional cost. The ground floor also has a large living room with dining area with a large wooden table and the living room also has a wood burning fireplace which of course can be used in the winter months and gives a special atmosphere. The living room opens onto a large terrace of 44m2 which is covered on the east side with a pergola that can be completely closed in case of rain with a large awning on the south side which has UV protection and is waterproof. One part of the terrace has a view of the Old Town and the sea and the other part where the large outdoor dining table is located faces east and the forest. On the east side of the terrace there is a summer kitchen with barbecue.
• On the 1st floor: The master room is 20m2 with a double bed 200×200 and a private bathroom of 7 m2 (with walk in shower and Jacuzzi). There is a large wall closet and French windows leading to a loggia overlooking the sea. On the 1st floor there are two more bedrooms with a bed 160×200 and private bathrooms with showers. Each room has a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture for relaxation and enjoyment. On the 1st floor there is also a space for a laundry / drying room for the needs of the guest.
• On the 2nd floor: Master room is 17.6 m2 with a bed 180×200 and a private bathroom 5.9 m2 (with walk in shower). The Master Room has a huge balcony of 12.5m2 with a perfect view and a large glass sliding wall. On the 2nd floor there are two more bedrooms with a bed 160×200 and private bathrooms with showers. Each room has a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture for relaxation and enjoyment. On the 2nd floor there is a room with a billiard table, bar and TV and a sea view.
• On the 3rd floor: There is a suite apartment that has complete privacy. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The apartment is luxuriously decorated and has a separate entrance but connected to the villa.

Parking for 3 cars is located on the roof of the villa which is at road level because the villa was built on a plot that descends down the hill from the upper road.

                                         EXTERIOR

The luxurious Villa Pegasus has a beautifully designed exterior that actually connects the exterior with the interior space. The beautiful terrace with infinity pool where guests can enjoy has an amazing view of the blue sea, the island of Lokrum and the Old Town. Terrace around the pool equipped with furniture to relax and enjoy the warm sun.

Much attention has been paid to the horticulture in and around the villa, and tropical plants such as arrows and bananas with large fleshy leaves will predominate. Below the outdoor pool there is a beautiful garden with various plants.

On the two walls in the basement near the indoor pool and Jacuzzi there are attractive green walls with real plants and greenery that have their own system of irrigation (drip) and drainage. An interesting solution of the outdoor lighting system also gives a special charm to the stay in the villa.

                                        FACILITIES

Luxury Villa Pegasus has excellent equipment for a comfortable holiday and enjoyment of guests:

Heating and cooling system in each room. Central hot and cold water system. The villa has an air conditioning chamber for dehumidifying the indoor pool as well as for additional heating of the indoor pool.

All bathrooms have underfloor heating and all rooms have solid oak parquet floors with carpets under the bed. Otherwise, the oak parquet extends throughout the villa and even the staircase, except in the basement where there is a spa with indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna where there is anti-slip ceramics with underfloor heating.

Each floor has a separate system of ‘sound’ zones, which guests can regulate via tablets and an application that will be downloaded to a mobile phone to be able to choose music as desired. Speakers will also be in the garden, next to the outdoor pool in the basement and in the garden on the main terrace on the ground floor.

Special attention was paid to the lighting throughout the villa and around it, and it will be ambient in almost all rooms and can be adjusted as desired.

• Luxury Villa Pegasus is fully equipped with individual air conditioning system. There is a burglar alarm, satellite TV on each floor, Wi Fi internet, stereo CD and DVD-player.
