ACCOMMODATION

The villa consists of 4 floors – ground, first, second and third floor. Villa Carpe Diem has 6 bedrooms with 6 double beds + 2 extra twin beds, 6 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets. It can comfortably accommodate 12+2 people.

• On the ground floor – the garage has 5-6 parking spaces. In a separate room of this floor is a modern kitchen, toilet and a small studio-apartment designed for maintenance personnel. From the garage you can climb with the glass elevator up to the desired floor. There is also an external staircase connecting all floors of the villa. Next to the garage is the main entrance to the residence, which will lead you to the reception of the villa. Here you can get all the information you need, and ask for any request.
• On the 1st floor there located 2 luxurious bedrooms. The first bedroom is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, the second bedroom suite is also with a double bed and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. There are also a beautiful, adorned with columns, spacious living room, modern fitted kitchen, dining area and an additional toilet. All the rooms on the first floor have access to the main terrace with swimming pool (8m x 4m).
• On the 2nd floor: There are 2 luxury bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms with Jacuzzi, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and an additional toilet. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace, which is few steps away from the pool.

        On the third floor you go up the stairs on the outside.

• On the 3rd floor located two apartments. The parts of the first apartment are a double bedroom with balcony, a bathroom, a living room with dining area and a small kitchen. In the second apartment there is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath, living room with dining area and a small kitchen. The living room and bedroom have a balcony with stunning panoramic view of the sea and the natural environment.

                                         EXTERIOR

The main terrace of Villa Carpe Diem has swimming pool (8m x 4m). There is a magnificent view of the sea, the mysterious Island of Lokrum and Old city walls of Dubrovnik. The area around the pool is equipped with comfortable wicker lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. By the pool are the summer shower and a wonderful hot tub.The upper terrace covered with traditional red-tiled roof, located at the top level of the complex. The terrace has a summer dining area and a barbecue. Here you can prepare traditional Mediterranean cuisine on an open fire. The upper terrace with a Croatian name “Glorijet” is the perfect place for parties, cocktail parties or informal dinners. Breakfast can be enjoyed here, too.  In the open area surrounding the villa there are large, stone amphora in which Mediterranean and other exotic plants grow. They give a special extravagance to the exterior of the villa.

•  Kitchens villas equipped with all necessary appliances: stove, oven, coffee machine for espresso and cappuccino, dishwasher, refrigerator (in all   refrigerators have a mini-bar).
•  Bathrooms include hair dryers, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers.

• Pets are not allowed in the villa.
• Refundable deposit of 1.000 € is payable the day of arrival, returned on departure day
