Villa Aurora with a swimming pool is located by the sea in the small town of Lokva Rogoznica just 10m from the beach and 7km from the center of Omiš.

The city of Omiš is surrounded on all sides by the Dalmatian mountains covered with forests, which makes the landscapes of the city and its surroundings simply breathtaking.

The small fishing village of Lokva Rogoznica was not so long ago known as a holiday destination. This place is especially recommended in August when the fishing festival takes place. The gastronomy in the village is especially known for its authenticity. If you want to try local dishes according to old traditions, you should definitely do it in one of the local restaurants. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are prepared with a lot of love.

Villa Aurora has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and offers comfortable accommodation for a family and group of friends up to 8 people.

On the ground floor: Living room and dining room with a table for 8 people. There is also a fully equipped professional kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a wellness area with an indoor hydromassage bath, a sauna, a gym and one additional bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor: There are 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom with double bed, couch and private bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and SAT LCD TV.
On the second floor: Here you will find two bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
The first bedroom has a double bed, an authentic tower and a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea. The last bedroom has 2
beds for one person. There is also a home office on this floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and SAT LCD TV.

EXTERIOR

The exterior of Villa Aurora is dominated by a garden full of Mediterranean plants and flowers. Guests of the villa have at their disposal an outdoor pool with deckchairs and can enjoy lunch at a large outdoor table for 8 people. A path leads from the villa to the beach. This property has a unique location.
